Personable staff, inclusive choice for breakfast. Spacious room with 2 beds. Marvellous and comfy location, a few steps away from everywhere.

We greatly enjoyed rooms with 2 beds. The staff was superfriendly, doing great job. The location was marvellous and comfortable - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The bed was a bit too soft, that's sad thing.

The hotel was in a marvellous location, in the heart of the action. The room with refrigerator and coffee machine.

The rooms are warm, incredible, and come with central heating, TV set, and a refrigerator. The location of the hotel in Billerica is great, just next door to an industrial park, Burlington mall and a good safe area.

This is surely the best brand-new hotel, super-friendly staff, incredible rooms. The restaurant attached makes wonderful food.

The breakfast was inclusive and good hot with plenty of meals. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient all the time. Its location was convenient, next to Burlington mall.

Amazing and good-sized rooms, just what was needed. I had coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator. I truly enjoyed this hotel, set near expressway.

The staff are very amiable and caring, managed the parking on-site. The location is comfy, next to an industrial park. Furthermore, it is 3 miles from the touristic places like Howe School Museum.

Excellent customer service. We had a minor issue with our reservation but the staff at Courtyard went above and beyond to resolve it and ensure our stay was comfortable. The facilities were clean and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.
